Drinking Straw Making Machine
The One Color Drinking Straw Machine utilizes polypropylene (PP) and masterbatch as its primary materials to produce transparent, single-color drinking straws. The manufacturing process involves several stages, including melting, extrusion, shaping, cooling, pulling, and cutting. This machinery consists of the main body, tooling, a water cooling system, and a cutting device.
Quality Assurance:
Smooth and quiet operation is ensured by precision-ground and hardened gears and bearings. The screw and barrel, constructed from Aluminum Chromolybdenum alloy steel, undergo stress relief for improved longevity. A nitrogen hardening treatment is applied to the die to extend its service life. The water tank and the cutting machine’s surface are fabricated from #304 stainless steel. Additionally, the screw in the main extruder is tailored to accommodate the designated plastic material.
